Big trip 2016

In one week we will be setting off into uncharted territory! We are jetting off to Portland, Oregon for the low, low price of $120 pp one way. One way! "What on earth are you thinking," you may ask (if you care). Well... we are exploring in Portland and Seattle and then all aboarding Amtrak's Empire Builder to make our way across country! We are so excited and nervous. None of us have ever traveled via train anywhere. We have all had some time on subways in various places but never really traveled the rails. This will be an adventure, for sure! I plan to keep a record of this trip via this site and aggravate you all by sharing my link in facebook and instagram and email. Watch for an itinerary in the next day or so.
